Glass-SM - The Swedish championship in ice cream

Glass-SM is a competition organized by Stockholmsmässan in collaboration with the confectioner Tony Olsson. Participants in the competition are ice cream bars, patisseries and restaurants that sell ice cream as take-away. The competition selects Sweden's best ice cream in four different taste categories. The jury consists of experienced ice cream masters and confectioners. To be able to win the title "Swedish Ice Cream Master", you must compete in all four taste categories.
